The property is located on the lower ground floor of a three-story building, which also features a convenience store and additional living accommodations on the top floor where my family and I have lived for the past 30 years! There is a private car park directly outside which is only used by residents.
I'm a young, enthusiastic individual looking to provide high-quality short-term accommodation to all. I love all sports and getting to learn new things on a daily basis! Despite being young, I have always had a keen interest in property and have been working closely with my parents to learn more about the industry. I enjoy hosting and meeting new people, and I look forward to ensuring you have a comfortable stay.
The studio is located close to the city centre, less than a 10-minute walk. First Direct Arena is less than a mile away being under 20 mins to walk and around 5 mins to drive. St James hospital is also a walkable distance. There is also a gym and Aldi within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of authentic cuisines nearby and convenient transport links to the rest of Leeds.
