Step outside onto the shared balcony, where you’ll find outdoor seating – a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. Smoking is permitted in this outdoor space. We’ve also included tea and coffee making facilities, so you can settle in and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
