Spend a relaxing weekend in this beautiful apartment situated directly on the beach, with a whole wall of glass windows facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. You have easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham by train, bus and car. The property is located above the multi award winning Perch on Lancing Beach. Pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the stunning view. The Space The apartment has a 15 meter run of floor-to-ceiling windows, facing directly out to sea, which open out onto an outdoor balcony. The property is situated within an eco building with triple glazing, ensuring that it’s quiet inside. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area gives the air of space and tranquility, with the wonderful views of the sea scape. There are three separate bedrooms; two with double beds, one with two single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk in shower and bath. The living space has a large TV with access to Netflix and an Apple home pod is installed in the property. You will have access to a newly refurbished and well equipped gym below the property.
