Lovely modern 2 bed bungalow in the quiet area of Brixington. The large family lounge/ diner is a great space for cosy family nights in.
Conveniently situated, one minute walk to Tesco local shop and fuel station with a Hungry Horse Pub also on the doorstep. Its a three minute walk to other local shops and takeaways and five minute drive to town centre and beach.
Easy fifteen minute drive to Exeter for shopping. Lovely budget base for trips to beaches on the south coast of Devon and Cornwall with many historical places to visit
