Hi,My name is Kevin the manger of Modern Living Serviced Apartments. We look to provide our guests with the best experience possible and rates lower than all the major hotels. Guests would be able to have all the modern decoration and fantastic facilities as they have back home such as your own kitchen and ultra HD TV and not be constrained in a small hotel room for weeks and weeks! Our ikea L shape sofa could be extended as a superking sized bed for extra guests use. Also we picked a lovely marble coffe table for guests to eat snack or put mobiles. Unwind on our Ikea L shaped corner sofa and entertain yourself with a flat screen TV with Netflix. If you have a group of more than 5, our sofa could be extended to a extremely comfort supeking bed available to use ,we also have another double sofa bed if you sleep 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, a kettle and toaster, cutlery, china and glassware and utensils. Any last minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and you can find an iron and ironing board also the cleaning staff in the cupboard under the stairs too. The bathroom suite has a bath/shower, we'll even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms. The King bedrooms give you everything you need for a good night's rest with comfy single beds with 2000-pockets mattress or you could combined the two single beds to a zipped and linked supering bed. The en-suits bathroom in king bedroom you could wash your hand or face or have a toilet when you need to. The twin bedroom give you everything that you need for a good night sleep with extremely comfort 2000-pockets mattress. We know that remembering to bring everything doesn't always go to plan so we also provide; A hairdryer is provided. We hope that there aren't any unfortunate accidents but for your safe of mind there is a first aid kit and fire blanket situated in kitchen cabinet. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
