Relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated to a high standard. Approximately 10 minutes to Warrington town centre and a step away from a beautiful park with childrens play area and duck pond. With off road parking and easy access to motorways to connect to both Manchester and Liverpool. The property has an enclosed back garden for BBQ,s and relaxing.Fully equipped for couples, families with children or those looking for somewhere to stay whilst on business.Fast WiFi and free Netflix.

lovely quiet residential area.The bungalow is situated in a cul de sac.A Park is situated within a seconds walking distance. A lovely local pub called The Millhouse that serves food is a 5 min walk away. 10 minutes drive to the centre of Warrington.1.5 miles to padgate train station that serves Liverpool lime St and Manchester Oxford Rd direct. Excellent location for access to M6 and M62 approximately 5 to 10 minutes away.Bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away serving Warrington..Excellent location in between Manchester and Liverpool both 25 to 30 minutes drive or train ride away.A 20 minutes drive to the Trafford Centre and the RHS Gardens in Worsley.Gulivers World is 10 to15 minutes drive away.
