Property information

I'm very excited to welcome guests to my cosy room located on my property in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I hope my property will form the beginning of a memorable stay in the North East of England. My room with private en suite is part of a complete conversion of our detached garage at the end of our garden. The room is separated from the main house via a wooden fence and has its only private entrance through a wooden gate. For those arriving by car there will be space to park for free outside of the property. The wooden gate will be unlocked and a keysafe will be available in the private yard to give you access to the property. The exterior French doors provides access to the property. Inside you will find a double bed with fresh laundered white sheets. To your left you will find a Fridge, Microwave and a small storage space. To your right you will find a Kettle and Toaster and some complimentary Teas and Coffees. The room has a wall mounted TV and access to various apps and channels. The bathroom has a shower and washing facilities and has a modern feel to it. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The Property is called 140 B Featherstone - Found on Barmoor Drive Location - 55.024702, -1.642334 Property is located on an estate called the "Great Park". This area is a 15 min drive into Newcastle City centre and is close to various Bars and restaurants. Gosforth is the closest Highstreet containing a range of shops including a large ASDA supermarket. I would highly recommend sampling the food at the Three Mile Inn however, there is always a McDonalds 5 minutes away from the property should fast food be more your style. Getting around The road links in the area are very good. You will have easy access to the A1 via car. In relation to public transport, the bus links in the area are very good. There are bus stops in walking distance of the property providing access to Newcastle City centre, Gosforth High street and Gosforth Race course. Local taxi services are fairly priced.
