Modern one bedroom conversion with private garden in a quiet rural road just a few minutes drive from the local town of Sawbrigdeworth.
The open plan living area features wall mounted smart tv and large corner sofa opens out to your private garden through bi fold glass doors. There is a full kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster and nespresso coffee machine. There is also dining seating for two.
The bedroom opens out to a small private courtyard and has a double bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and towels and a wall mounted smart tv.
The private garden has a grass lawn as well as a patio area with both lounger seating and dining seating for two, there is a coal bbq that is available for you to use.
