Property information

A beautiful Victorian terraced house with two large feature fireplaces (not usable) and original features including high ceilings and mouldings. Located very close to Preston city centre towards the docklands area. Public transport is frequent and close by including Preston train station. The University of Central Lancashire is near to the property making it a perfect place to stay whilst visiting your sons and daughters. There are two large bedrooms with double beds in them and one sofabed downstairs, enabling the property to sleep, six people. The two double beds are Zip & Link beds, meaning that we can turn them into two single beds. We will contact you before your stay to confirm the bed configuration you require. A large open plan dining room/kitchen allows you to have a pleasant time with your family. The front room is large and accommodating. A family size bathroom with a shower and bath will allow you to relax after a hard day sightseeing. The property benefits from a washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, oven/grill/hob, fridge & freezer, kettle, cutlery and kitchenware.

Neighbourhood information

The property is a beautiful terraced house near the River Ribble, you can walk along the side of the river and into the beautiful and historical Miller and Avenham parks, which are part of Preston's guild wheel. The guild wheel circles the city of Preston and is an amazing ride. The property is near the historical Preston city centre which has a number of museums, libraries, monuments and entertainment complexes. You can drive to the southern Lake District within an hour.
