Pashford Place Annex is a quiet welcoming stand-alone property that is located in Ravenswood, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9UL and is just a five minute walk from local restaurants, pubs, gastro pubs, supermarkets and many retailers. We are located just a 10 minute drive to Ipswich Town centre. We are situated just a couple of minutes from the A14, 10 minutes from Felixstowe and also the A12.
We are a small family run business that take great care and pride in our work. We are seeking to grow our business within the east coast area. We enjoy many local attractions as Ipswich has such a vast amount of things to do. From dry ski slope, cinema, Ipswich town fc, Felixstowe sea front just 10 minutes away. We are in abundance of activities for all ages in the local area.
Situated in Ravenswood, Ipswich in a lovely quiet residential area of the town situated jus a few minutes walk to all of the local shops supermarkets and restaurants.
