Comfortably furnished you will have everything you need whether it is for business or pleasure. The bright open plan kitchen lounge has a wall mounted flat screen TV, a breakfast bar for 2 and dining table with 4 chairs. For your convenience there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, free standing fridge freezer and washer drier. Comfortable for 4 people though can sleep up to 6. There are 2 double bedrooms and also a loft room with 2 single beds for when there are extra guests staying. Also, unusual for an apartment in the centre of town but an added bonus is the benefit of a newly astro turfed south facing terrace, perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine and enjoying the beautiful sunsets West Kirby is famous for! Parking is available on the street in the adjacent roads. The terrace is south facing of a reasonable size and is shared with the adjacent apartment. There is a bar on the ground floor though the floor has been soundproofed some noise can travel and as this is a conversion of quite a quirky building there are some low beams in the bedroom and bathroom so please be aware of these before booking.
This fabulous refurbished modern apartment is set in the heart of West Kirby and is in walking distance to all that has to offer. You could be strolling out to Hilbre Island, surfing on the Marine Lake, cycling along the Wirral Way to Parkgate for fish and chips or just relaxing in the many cafes and bars in town. Alternatively, the train station is just a few minutes walk and from there you can be in Liverpool city centre in under 30 minutes!
