Moll n Cliff is a newly built DETACHED first floor apartment above a private garage. Private off-road Parking. Very close to the Yorkshire Dales, Skipton, Ilkley, Haworth, Malham, Harrogate, Worth valley steam railway and only a short train to Leeds. Walks and rides straight from the door. Short walk to pubs, restaurants and amenities. Silsden is a lovely country village encompassed by the canal and river Aire. Furnished to high standards enjoying privacy and views from a sit out balcony. The property enjoys unvented hot water, Eco friendly heating, Smart TV, Motorised blinds, Wifi, King size bed, all kitchen appliances with the exception of dishwasher and washing machine.
Lifetime occupants of the area, feel free to check us out for local knowledge. We won’t disturb you but we are available just opposite should you need us.
This property is DETACHED with private off road parking and a sit out balcony with valley views. EV Charging is in the village less than 0.3m away. Silsden is surrounded by eating and drinking opportunities often earned after enjoyable walks or cycle rides. All only 15 min drive,we are close to the Bronte area of Haworth, Ilkley Cow & Calf, Skipton castle and market, Malham cove, Bolton Abbey a National trust, Harrogate spas and of course we are at the gateway Yorkshire Dales with its 3 peaks. If you prefer the city, Leeds is just a 30 minute ride on the train.
