Property information

NOTE: There is a security deposit due 7 days prior to arrival on Monarch Lodge 14 payable direct to Solid Luxury. Booking dot com only allow an option to state cash on arrival for the security deposit however we are unable to accept cash on site. The Security deposit has to be paid via telephone prior to arrival. Monarch Lodge 14 is the perfect accommodation for family and friends with a large open plan ground floor complete with dining area, kitchen and living area which leads out to an enclosed decking area and private hot tub. Upstairs you will find the master super king ensuite bedroom complete with feature bath! plus a second ensuite king size room. Downstairs you will find your third bedroom, a twin room with a family shower room. Monarch Lodge 14 is only Dog Friendly, we do not accept other pets in this lodge. Booking dot com do not have an option to only select dog friendly so we are unable to specify in any filters. Monarch Lodge 14 accepts 2 dogs at an additional cost direct to Solid Luxury payable 1 month prior to arrival.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
