Smart Homes is a small family run business, we specialize in providing good quality accommodation to our service accommodation guests. We are a brother and sister team, born and bread in Manchester. We know the area's in greater Manchester well and love to support our guests in the best way possible. Our houses are designed for big groups, particularly for contractors staying in the area.

Moorside House is a large 7 bedroom House that sleeps up to 20 guests. It is close to transport links such as the motorway and A roads. locally surrounded are several shops and amenities. The house is fully equipped, it has washing machine, microwave, fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove. there is a small back garden for fresh air, the house is airy and clean. Every room has a smart television which has Netflix and Youtube already set on it. There is plenty of on road parking and there is parking at the rear of the house in a back pathway, vans can easily be parked.
