About this property
Set in a grand Victorian mansion, Morangie Hotel offers leafy gardens and scenic view across Dornoch Firth. The hotel is located at a walkable distance form the Tain Railway Station, approximately 10 minutes, and is near main supermarkets. It is located one hour away from the Inverness Airport, and just a few minutes drive away from the worldwide famous Glenmorangie distillery. Tain Golf Club can be reached in a 5 minute drive. It is the perfect venue for weddings and functions, short breaks, golf or whisky tours, or club cars tours. Morangie Hotel offers home-cooked food in its traditional bright restaurant and cozy bar, where all products are provided by local suppliers. There is also various home-made Italian pizzas available. The bar offers a range of Highland malt whiskies, fine spirits and wines, and local draught beers. The residential lounge is open for drinks and relax for residents and non-residents during open hours. The bedrooms are bright and airy, equipped with everything necessary to make a stay comfortable. Pets are welcomed upon request into the standard basis rooms and can accompany their owner at dinner or breakfast in designated areas. Free on-site parking is available.
