Denise and the team are on hand every day from 8am to 10pm and there will be an emergency number given for emergencies only outside of these hours. We prefer all communication to stay on the platform as we have staff working shift patterns allowing us to answer quickly.

Located in the historic coastal town of Musselburgh, this home offers the perfect blend of peaceful surroundings and easy access to city life. Musselburgh is known for its scenic beachfront, harbour, and river walks, as well as its charming cafés, restaurants, and local shops—all just a short walk or drive from the property. The famous Musselburgh Racecourse, golf courses, and beautiful East Lothian countryside are nearby, offering plenty of outdoor activities. For city adventures, Edinburgh city centre is only 20–30 minutes away by car, bus, or train, making it easy to explore all the culture, history, and attractions Scotland’s capital has to offer. The Golf Course at Musselburgh is reputed to the oldest in the world (yes, older the St Andrews) and much more accessible to guests to play! But for golfers there is a multitude of world-class courses, including Renaissance, Muirfield and more within a short drive. Musselburgh High Street is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in car and is home to the famous Luca's Ice Cream and a fantastic selection of restaurants which would be the envy of towns much bigger than Musselburgh. Ones we recommend include Lido Musselburgh, Lanna Thai, Dal Patino and Crolla's Italian Kitchen. There is also a fantastic selection of traditional pubs and bars. For a fantastic day out, do check Musselburgh Racecourse's site for dates. Over the years, these have become a real institution for racegoers. Also, for a town with many traditions, there are lots of festivals throughout the year, the biggest being the Musselburgh Festival which takes place from 19th -27th July. You will witness horse rideouts, fancy dress parades and much more. Edinburgh Waverley is 11 minutes away by train. The closest train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive (with plenty of parking at station) Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this location gives you the best of both worlds.
