Nellie’s Barn is a spacious conversion set amongst the most stunning landscape in the Cotswolds. Nestling in the Windrush Valley (The Windrush Way is quite literally on the doorstep), the barn offers the utmost peace and tranquillity with the Cotswold hotspots of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway as well as sophisticated Cheltenham all within easy striking distance.

Nellie’s Barn is located in a popular area of the Cotswolds on a peaceful, but working arable farm. Walking opportunities and wildlife watching are in abundance in this area. Various deer, owls and pheasants have all been seen on this farm.
A well-known golf course is close by, where tennis courts are also available.
The nearest village to the property is Naunton, and Bourton-on-the-Water is just 3 miles away. Bourton-on-the-Water, known locally as The Venice of The Cotswolds, has a multitude of family attractions on offer including Birdland park and Gardens, the Model Village, The Motoring Museum, the Cotswolds Perfumery and The Dragonfly Maze to name just a few.
Within a short drive you can explore many picturesque towns and villages including: The Slaughters, where you can find beautiful riverside walks and lovely places to eat and drink like the Slaughters Country Inn and Lords of The Manor; Chipping Campden, which again has lovely walks and great places to eat and drink; Stow-on-the-Wold is packed with antique shops, boutique shopping, dining options, and St Edward's Church there features the most photographed door in the Cotswolds and the inspiration for JRR Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, why not treat yourself to cocktails at The Old Stocks before having dinner at The Old Butchers in Stow; Broadway is a beautiful honey-stoned village with wonderful eateries and tea rooms, but you can also get your walking boots on and walk up to Broadway Tower, have a cup of tea and a slice of cake whilst enjoying breath-taking, far reaching views across multiple counties; slightly further away in Burford, but reached in under half an hour is The Cotswold Wildlife Park, an excellent day out for the whole family, and the famous Burford Garden Centre; while sophisticated Cheltenham is a great day out for shopping, or try your luck at the horse-racing at Cheltenham races course, you can also find cinemas here and the Everyman...
