Admiralty Street is just 400 yards from the infamous Royal William Yard, with its plethora of bars, restaurants and open spaces. The property is split into two luxury apartments, with Nelson being a first floor apartment accessed from the side street. The property has two large separate bedrooms , both with super king sized beds, one with its own en-suite, with the main master bathroom having a roll topped bath. The lounge has a large screen smart TV, with two separate sofa beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table and chairs

The property at Admiralty Street is housed in a building dating from 1919, this apartment has a modern/contemporary style set a stone throw away from the famous Royal William Yard. The world famous Plymouth Hoe is less than a 5 minute drive away, with it's wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound and the ocean. The historic Barbican area of the city, with it's links to America and the Mayflower Steps, is also less than a 5 minute drive away.
