The whole place, including courtyard garden will be yours to enjoy! We live next door so are around as needed and happy to provide tips or recommendations in the local area. We've also supplied a comprehensive welcome book in the house with some of our favourite places/things to do in the area!

Built in 1886 it has all the character of an older property, with the modern amenities you'd expect from a luxury holiday home. Relax in the cosy lounge with a book, play or the Wii or have a movie night! You can also enjoy our selection of board games - suitable for all the family. Enjoy dinner in the light and airy dining room with extendable table seating 4-6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen, it’s a nice social space to enjoy with family, friends or colleagues! There is also a reading corner when you want a bit of time to yourself. Sleep well in our 2 spacious double bedrooms, with hanging space and storage. Use the single bed in the third bedroom if you’ve got a 5th guest, or work from home using it as an office space. We also have a trundle bed available to accommodate a 6th guest in this room. Please note the third bedroom is accessed via the middle double bedroom. All year round the garden is filled with bird song and you will often see them flying overheard or into nearby bushes. In summer you might also hear the cows or sheep grazing on the other side of the river!

Located in the small village of Brantham on the river Stour, Leno Villa is within walking distance of the bustling town of Manningtree, the historic waterways of Flatford Mill & a short car ride from many other highlights of the Essex/Suffolk countryside. A labour of love, we’ve recently renovated the property to create a calm & stylish spot to enjoy alone or with friends & family in a magical part of the world!
