Very clean and comfortable room in our house. Guests will have exclusive use of the downstairs toilet and shower located next to the room. Own entrance from the back garden and guests can come and go as they wish. Parking space is available on the driveway. The room has one double bed and a single bed.
We are a married couple and our children have grown up and fled the nest. We live a quiet life so no disturbance to guests.
Very quiet and safe neighbourhood.
