The open plan kitchen diner gives you the ideal space for your family and friends to socialise. It’s home from home with everything you need.. It’s situated in an perfect spot close to Ormskirk train station, with routes to Liverpool. Garden yet to be refurbished. This modern home provides you with a very spacious living room, and a brand new bright open plan kitchen diner including a new oven and burner hob, dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer. Along with complimentary tea and coffee. Also a convenient downstairs toilet off the kitchen diner, fitted with a closed off washer/dryer. Upstairs is a brand new modern family bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles. A brand new family bathroom with bath.
