The appartment has its own private entrance and lovely exclusive patio. Accommadation comprises a double bedroom with King bed + a small en suite bathroom with shower/bath/WC. A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen/living area. Dining table and 4 chairs . Tea & coffee provided. A two seater sofabed. Secluded private patio for al-fresco dining. Clean Towels, Linen etc. Graco baby cot. Clock DAB/Bluetooth Radio. Smart TVs in Lounge and Bedroom. The apartment is best suited for an adult couple but can sleep + 2 children (sofa bed) +1 baby (cot). Off street parking for one car included. Additional linen & cleaning by arrangement. Although the accommodation is very bright and spacious, the bathroom is small and accessable only via the bedroom so guests should bear this in mind when booking. There is a comprehensive house manual in the property with appliance user guides, local information and fire risk assessment. An Access Statement can be sent in advance on request. Prices are based on 2 people sharing the bedroom. If the sofabed is required for two individuals aharing the aprtment additional laundry charges apply. There is a NISA convenience store, a cafe, restaurant and pub all about a 3 minutes walk away.

We are Ros and Gino who own this stylish apartment. We are both retired. I spent most of my life flying around the world as cabin crew for British Airways. I grew up in the Bournemouth area and know that the apartment is in a prime location. Gino recently retired after 26 years working in aviation too. We live near Windsor and we occasionally stay in the apartment ourselves and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. Bournemouth has lots to offer travellers of all ages and interests. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE FREE PARKING SPACE FOR THIS PROPERTY. A PARKING PERMIT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ON ARRIVAL. please display this at all times when parked in the car park as there is Parking Control in force.
