Utopian Short Lets is a company based in Ashford Kent. We specialise in providing high quality accommodation to all types of traveller. We cater for groups of one to groups of ten or more. Guests can stay from minimum two nights to six months. The properties all come fully equipped to enable our guests to enjoy their stay as if they were in their own homes. Relax, cook, host meetings, it is all possible in one of our fully equipped short lets. We also provide clean linens, towels, shower gels etc and are cleaned to a high standard. We are very choosy with the location of our properties, we keep them close to the heart of Ashford enabling our guests to make the most of the facilities that Ashford has to offer.

This lovely home away from home features five bedrooms with 4 bathrooms(3 En-suites), open kitchen dining with TV, one massive chill out/reception room and TV with Netflix in basement with 2 sofa bed. It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated ideal for family get together, contractors and business travellers. The accommodation is cleaned thoroughly to meet current cleaning protocols and to keep our customers safe.
