Property information
This new flat in Penzance has recently been refurbished to a high standard. This 2 bedroom property comes equipped with a new open plan kitchen, brand new bathroom with shower/bath. Being ideally situated 5 minutes from the town centre, also a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. Short walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants.
For security reasons there is CCTV outside the property.
**Please note**
We do not offer parking, there is free on street parking next to the property.
Alternatively, there is a pay and display car park at the train station and one at the top of the road, which are both a 5 minute walk from the property.
We can not offer luggage storage.
** If you have luggage dropped off from a luggage company, you will need to be at the property to receive the luggage **
