This is a lovely ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms both with double beds and is located on a very quiet street in the city centre with free on site parking available.
This property is owned by Struans who are a large local company who are dealers for Peugeot, Toyota and Mazda. South William Street is first started off 40 years ago and we still own a small garage just along the road from this flat.
Conveniently located and easy to find just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area. If you fancy a walk then it is very close to a large park and to the river, while Perth Concert Hall is only a 10 minute walk.
