This Grade II, former Legal and General Assurance Society building has been tastefully refurbished into 31 stunning serviced apartments. Its central location, just a five minute walk from Birmingham New Street station and Birmingham Snow Hill station, provides quick and convenient access to transport and shopping; as well as Birmingham's unique attractions and major event venues. We specialise in short and extended stays, having a minimum age of 24 years and do not allowing Hen and Stag Weekends, large groups or parties; if you want a relaxing luxury break, book with us as we are real alternative to Hotel accommodation. Please do not book if you are under our age restriction as we will not be able to honour your booking.
