Beautiful period property in an outstanding location yet a couple of minutes drive from Lancaster city center or 10 minutes walk! Enjoy the wonderful peaceful scenic surroundings yet have the luxury of all a city center amenities on hand. One pet by pre agreement only CAN BE BOOKED IN CONJUNCTION WITH 2 NORTH LODGE HOT TUB INCLUDED (NEXT DOOR) FOR LARGE PARTIES On arrival at the property you will find a large car park area which is solely for the use of North Lodge a rarity in the area, there is a key safes to access each property privately without the need for meeting at a specific time. On the top floor of each unit you will find 3 bedrooms and a stunning shower room . wifi 1 North Lodge: Ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with oven hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine and breakfast bar. A large lounge with tv and sofas etc for your comfort, there is also a beautiful ground floor bathroom, the home has amazing character yet all mod cons including ambi light and smart tvs, sleeps 5 in upstairs bedroom and additional pull out beds can be supplied for additional guests in loung. 2 North Lodge: ground floor has large kitchen/diner/lounge which easily accommodates 10 to eat on island granite worktop, and dining table in addition to this there is a large sofa and ambi light smart TV making this is brilliant area to gather relax in comfort. we then we have a study/4th bedroom which sleeps 2 next door to a fully fitted family bathroom again these are ground floor making it perfect for anybody that may have mobility issues. A large welcoming hallway with seating area leading onto the lounge which again has lots of seating ambi light smart TV and opulent surroundings. study includes desk and seating with WIFI throughout making our properties suit all types of travelers from family, corporate and group bookings. retaining as many features as we could in the renovation. add a hot tub for your stay at additional cost.

City center and all its wonderful features, character buildings and amenities such as restaurants , pubs, bars ,landmark parks and outstanding features in this amazing city and only a stones throw from the Lake District and Yorkshire areas of outstanding beauty
