We have been welcoming guests to this family owned park for over 30 years, our dedicated team take great pride in the care of the grounds and holiday homes. We have been awarded Four stars by the Quality in tourism board.

Oak Tree Lodge is designed to help you relax and inspires a cosy, warm feeling - even on the chilliest of days, the lounge has comfortable sofas, oak furniture, and feature fireplace. So you can sit back enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book, a games night with friends and family, or an undisturbed afternoon nap – Oak Tree Lodge is sure to suit all your needs.

Neighbourhood information

The twenty acre park is nestled into the hillside with panoramic views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells, with easy access to the market towns of Keswick and Cockermouth; as well as the Solway Coast area of outstanding natural beauty. Our location is ideal for visiting the Northern Lake District which includes: Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and also the quieter Western Lakes of Ennerdale, Loweswater and Crummock. We are only 30 minutes drive from The Great Border City of Carlisle and Penrith, and within an hour you can reach Windermere, Ambleside and Grasmere.
