Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and a sitting area with electric fire. To the outside is a decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Ochenta is a lovely escape for families looking to explore this beautiful region. On-site outdoor heated swimming pool. Swimming pool is open from 22nd May - 31st August only. Pool table, amusements, entertainment, play area, bar and eatery. Shops and beaches within 0.2 miles. Please note: Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 9am. Please note: Please note: The property can sleep up to six guests with the sofa bed included. Please note: This property does not accept 1 or 2 night bookings.

Combe Martin nestles in the most scenic countryside, with Exmoor National Park’s border to the east and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the west.
