Old Print House, a maisonette apartment has two bedrooms, a king-size with freestanding bath and a 4’ double, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Juliet balcony. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Note: Guests will receive discounts at the café/bar/bistro below the apartment. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Old Print House is a luxurious base for a trip to Derbyshire. Please note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties.

The Derbyshire village of Stanley Common rests near the county city of Derby and within reach of the popular city of Nottingham.
