We are a small management company who live in the town, and we're happy to attend the property if you need us, or answer calls/messages if you have any questions. Keys are collected from the key safe (we'll send you full details once you've booked) and you can come and go as you need to.

Olive Tree Townhouse is a stylish new build terraced house sleeping 8 people over 3 stories. It offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a ground floor WC, lounge-diner, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a decked garden for enjoying warmer sunny days. Five minutes walk from Whitstable's famous High Street with its unique independent shops, restaurants and galleries, and ten minutes to the beach. The property is decorated with modern furnishings and wooden flooring throughout, providing a light and homely feel. Dogs are welcome - please don't let them on the furniture or upstairs. Please note - for those with allergies, the bedding is feather and down. There is space for 1 car on the driveway to the front of the property, as well as free street parking on the surrounding roads.

This home is on a quiet new residential development in Whitstable. Whitstable is one of Kent's real treasures, and the house is a short stroll away from the train station and seafront. Whitstable's famous high street with its unique independent shops, restaurants, and galleries is only five minutes walk.
