Property information

This stunning eco-home is finished to a very high standard throughout with many custom features and bespoke finishes. This home is truly a home for the future and is exceptionally eco-friendly with a Nibe air source heat pump (ASHP) providing underfloor heating throughout and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system with built in pollen filters for extra warmth in the winter and a cool breeze in the summer. This unique property also benefits from a relaxing cosy 4x6m mezzanine.

Neighbourhood information

Marton in Cleveland is situated on the southern side of Middlesbrough which is considered the more affluent side of town with a host of cafes, bar and restaurants as well as the town's best sporting and leisure activities venues. There are also excellent transport links, including bus stops less than 100m away, fast access to the A174/A19, Gypsy Lane train station (1.3 miles) and Nunthorpe Train Station (2 miles). There is an array of local amenities close by including Brass Castle Golf Club (1.2 miles), Middlesbrough Municipal Golf Course (3.2 miles), Parkway shopping centre & Rainbow leisure centre (1.4 miles), Supermarkets including Aldi and Tesco Superstore (1.6 miles), as well as a variety of bars, cafes and eateries, not to mention Middlesborough Sports Village just 2.5 miles away.
