Great base for golf enthusiasts with *St Andrews* only 25 drive over the Tay Bridge and Carnoustie 25 min drive up the coast. Comfortable and stylish apartment on 3rd floor with amazing views over the Tay River. Quiet location in newly developed waterfront with pedestrianised walkway. Lift and free parking. 10 min walk to VandA museum, 15 min walk to Dundee city centre and University. Perfect for short stays in our vibrant city. Open air concerts held in Slessor Gardens also within walking distance as are the train and bus stations. Good range of restaurants and bars especially up the Perth Road. An information pack will be available in the flat with lots of recommendations of good bars and restaurants.
My husband and I and our 3 kids love travelling and whenever we are away we always look to book comfortable accommodation in good central locations. We have never been disappointed and love the flexibility and extra space that self-catering apartments offer. We'd love you to use our flat as your base for a city break or business trip to Dundee. We have lovingly furnished it to make it as comfortable as possible for a very relaxing stay. If you need anything during your stay I would be very happy to help. We live about 20 mins away in a small village.
Wide range of bars and restaurants nearby and many tourist attractions. VandA, the Discovery, McManus Art Gallery, Verdant Works, Dundee Rep Theatre, Dundee Museum of Transport. Wild Shore water park with inflatables and wake boarding is adjacent to the apartment block. Nearby Apex Hotel has a pool, gym, sauna and steam room for a daily guest fee. St Andrews only half an hour by car for golf and beach. There is free parking for 1 car in an allocated parking bay. Fob will be provided to open the garage doors.
