    The location and convenience of this property were just what we were looking for. The directions, parking, key access etc were all great and the facilities inside were well maintained, clean and tidy. A lovely hot shower and very comfortable bed!

    Location was perfect for the Sefton Coastal Path. I managed to cycle a fair distance during my stay. Weather was also excellent which made my visit more enjoyable.

The property a detached self contained bungalow apartment within walking distance from Birkdale train station which is situated on the Northern Line of the Mersey Rail Network. With convenient transport links from Birkdale station connecting through to main line services in Liverpool. As shown in the location photograph the property is a few minutes walk from the sand dunes and beach. On site gated secure car parking is provided. The apartment is in a desirable location in Birkdale village with its cosmopolitan range of shops, restaurants, and bars only a short walking distance away. For golfing enthusiasts there is the prestigious Royal Birkdale course. Within the property the open plan living area with fitted kitchen has an array of appliances and ample fitted cabinetry. A luxury double bedroom with ensuite facility.
