Otters Leap, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Woodburning stove and bi-fold doors out onto patio and a sitting room with TV and table football. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size and ground-floor double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio terrace with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. The gardener is on site every Friday. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles.
