Relax and unwind in this unique ground-floor flat with a private patio and garden. Nestled on the edge of Edinburgh, it offers easy access to both the city and nature. A convenient bus stop right outside will take you to the heart of Edinburgh's city centre in just 30 minutes, while the beautiful Pentland Hills are nearby for scenic walks and breathtaking views. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
