Guests may use all communal facilities, including the kitchen and laundry services for £20/night. The kitchen is for light use only as it is shared with other guests. The kitchen and laundry will not be available to guests from 14h to 17h daily, as they are cleaned during this period.

Daily cleaning service is available for an additional £10 per night. Guests may request this at or before check-in.

There is a nmandatory charge of £10/person/nights for towels, bedding and linen, which are not included in the price paid, and is payable at check-in.

Please note that the hotel accepts cash, and all major credit cards as well as bank transfers and online payment methods.

Please note that guests are kindly requested to provide an estimated time of arrival when booking or at least TWO hours before check-in, in order to avoid delays in check-in.

Please note a surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. A charge of £20 applies for arrivals before 16h AND between 20h - 23h. A charge of £50 applies for arrivals after 23h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Vans will not be able to park outside the guest house, and must park at the nearby crossroads. Guests who park on the drive will be charged £10/night.

All additional persons, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, will be chargeable at £25 per night, regardless of whether they require an extra bed. All additional persons, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, who use communal facilities but do not stay the night will be chargeable at £10/day.

Any excess rubbish (larger than the size of the dustbin) left in the room will be charged £5/day for disposal.

Please note, the property does not offer luggage storage. Guests that wish to leave luggage at the property before 16h will be charged a fee of £10.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

A deposit of £100 is required, payable by card, at check-in, refundable within 14 days of check-out.

Any criminal or illegal activities (including tampering with the fire/smoke alarm system) undertaken by the guest, on the premises, will be reported to the local authorities and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
