    Lots of space in the living area and bathroom. Clean. Friendly security at reception. Excellent walking distance from everything for the Ironman 70.3 event, and easy for spectators to watch, and pop back if it rained.

    Serviced apartment on the 16th floor with amazing views of Swansea and the marina. Bonus of there being a restaurant on the 28th floor that does great Sunay lunch and a wide range menu. Staff very friendly.

Baystays is an unlikely partnership between two people who share a common goal. Joan – Originally from Guyana in South America Joan retired early from a long career in the civil service. However after a spell at home she realised she was not the retiring type. Joan saw the rise in popularity of serviced apartments as an opportunity she did not want to miss and took on her first apartment 4 years ago. Since then she has built up a portfolio of apartments which are used by a loyal group of customers many who have become personal friends. Baystays is a business which promises to deliver the best serviced apartment experience in the area. All of our guests are met personally by both Joan or her husband Paul and Joan is available from 8.30 am to 8 pm to answer your every need.

The apartment also located half way between the Bay and Singleton Campuses of Swansea University The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven/hob. The lounge has a dining table, two sofas and a flat screen TV. The is bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and separate private bathroom.
