Recently renovated, our home is unique with its' lovely outdoor seating area and "hidden" front door. Carefully furnished in a luxurious and modern style our home is fully equipped with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. - Outside the seating area next to the garden and the driveway is stylish and cosy. - An EV charger is installed at the driveway. - Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful hardwood flooring. - The living room, cosy and chic, is next to the sliding doors. Lift up the blinds and you'll fill the home with sunlight. Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV as well as a dining table that seats 4. - The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven and a stovetop. - A bedroom, with a King-sized bed is fitted with quality linens to ensure your comfort. - There is a dedicated workspace tucked away, where you can work comfortably and quietly. - A stylish bathroom, with large shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
