- Newly refurbished annexe - Pretty garden - Quiet residential area - 1 bedroom - Close to Fishbourne Roman Palace This charming annexe is in a quiet residential area of Fishbourne, in the heart of Chichester Harbour AONB. It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs, attend a Goodwood event or for working locally. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this well thought-out home. The space I am very excited to welcome guests to my newly refurbished annexe, attached to my home. It has it's own parking space on the off street driveway and it's own front door. It sleeps up to 3 guests (one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area). It is located in a quiet residential area of Fishbourne and is only 2 miles from the centre of Chichester with its cobbled streets, pedestrianised shopping centre and beautiful cathedral. The annexe is all on one level. Enter into the kitchen/living space with its large comfy sofabed (please request linen for the sofabed at time of booking), dining table and large Smart TV. (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications.) The kitchen is modern and has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an electric oven and hob and fridge freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. Continue into the bathroom with a new and large walk in shower. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Neighbourhood information

The property is in this historical town of Fishbourne, home to the Fishbourne Roman Palace, the largest Roman home in Britain. See the beautiful mosaics in situ and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Stunning Bosham Harbour is just a short drive away, with it's pubs, restaurants and cafes. The small village of Bosham is featured in the Bayeaux Tapestry and King Canute's daughter is buried in the Saxon Church. In the other direction is the Roman town of Chichester with its historic shopping centre and restaurants. There is plenty of walking around Chichester Harbour, and it also is not far to the South Downs National Park AONB. Fishbourne is also a short drive from West Wittering's blue flag beach.
