Property information

Travel cot and High chair are available upon request. I would like to welcome you to my ground floor apartment, it has 2 entrances, the main entrance is from the free parking area at the rear of the building and accesses through the main door into a Foye. This door has two steps up to the front door, but there is a seperate entrance from the Street which is level so great for anyone with mobility issues. Once inside, the flat is on one level and sleeps up to 4 with a double sofa bed in the lounge From the hallway there is a light and spacious Bedroom with a comfortable double bed with hotel quality duvet, pillows and linens for a great night's sleep and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps as well as a smart TV on the wall where you can log into your apps and settle in to watch your favourite movie. There is also a desk and chair to work from or to use as a dressing table with mirror to get ready for your evening out Along the hall is the bathroom, with a bath, over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath with freshly laundered fluffy white towels and complimentary hotel style toiletries Carry on through to the light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a fitted kitchen including electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The Property is in the centre of Shifnal with great Restaurants, Bars coffee shops and vintage tea rooms on the doorstep. There is a co op and a one stop just down the street and and lots of independent shops to browse. Only 10 minutes away is Telford for Asda Superstore and Sainsburys. There are many good quality Restaurants The Bell - one of 4 Great Indian restaurants Number 5 Cafe a few steps away, perfect for breakfast Latimers Restaurant serving Italian cuisine Christopher's fine dining for that special occasion The Crown serving Real Ale Ironbridge Gorge and it's Museums with a variety of restaurants and bars set by the river is only a short drive away Day passes are available for fishing at Patshull Park or take a wander around RAF Cosford museum or into Bridgnorth and the Severn Valley Railway A great base to explore Shropshire and its wonderful countryside
