Welcome to our home. We are delighted to offer the opportunity to stay in our newly refurbished (1/10/24) well equipped property located in Hatfield. The 3 Bedroom house has been equipped to a high standard and is perfectly suited for families or small groups looking for a stylish, cozy stay in the area. Our home is ideally located 5 minutes walk to Hatfield Station with a direct train to London Kings Cross available regularly, Travel time 20 min. Every day essentials are all included. The space The home has a spacious kitchen dining area which is equipped with everything you should need for that home from home experience. Lots of Games, Vinyl, books, Smart TV's, high quality memory foam mattress's and gorgeous outside deck & BBQ. Stay essentials are provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, pens, paper, foil, clingfilm, spices, soap, and shampoo and many other basics to reduce your overall stay costs. There is a separate living room which is ideally setup with high quality sofa's and a large Smart TV which has access to a wide range of channels and apps. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, The master is equipped with a Superking Simba memory foam mattress, smart TV, USB sockets and room Circulation fan. The second double bedroom has a double bed equipped with a Smart TV, USB sockets, room Circulation fan , Single equipped with an Emma memory foam mattress, USB sockets There is a modern recently renovated bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
