Penderic is a beautiful 3-bedroom holiday home located in the heart of Cowes, close to the sea, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Sleeping up to six guests, it provides an ideal base for taking in the stunning coastal beauty. The ground floor entrance opens into a lobby that leads to a ground floor ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed (which can be arranged as twins on request) accessed through a dressing room. Over-bed storage is provided along with a utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer, mini fridge, ironing board, and clothes airer. The ensuite features a step-up shower, WC, and hand basin. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen with beautiful sea views. The lounge area offers two comfortable sofas and a TV, while the kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and cafetière.
