This special Pent House Apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This property consists of a huge Pent house Balcony overseeing the beautiful greenery to your left and the views of the vibrant city to your right Inside of the property are 2 newly renovated and amazingly decorated bedrooms, 1 of which with an En-suite bathroom. Also an open plan Kitchen and Living area with a 50inch Smart TV. Netflix and Amazon Prime ready, so you can wine down to your favourite show!

The location of this property is in the City Centre of Sheffield in a well lit and safe environment. Perfect for football fans wanting to watch a game at Bramall Lane as it is just a 5 minute walk to the stadium. There is a 24 Hour 'Londis' Off Licence just a minute walk from the building. The Sheffield Train Station is around a 7 minute walk away. 'The Moor' is only a 7 minute walk.
