We are in walking distance of everything and all we times quoted in this description is within walking distance. 1 min to Victoria park where a multitude of events are held throughout the year including Flower show, food & Drink festival, concerts etc. 5 minutes from the beginning of the beautiful Lord Street boulevard where you will find and selection of fine restaurants and shopping,10 minutes’ walk to Splash World. The Beach and Promenade is 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy coastal views, amusement arcades, fish &chip shops, ice cream parlours and boat rides on the Marine lake, Crazy Golf at Kings Gardens. A fun day out with plenty of picnic spots or places to eat out. The Trans Pennine trail starts and ends on the sea front. We also have a range of professional open; PGA golf courses in the area if you fancy a game. Including Royal Birkdale, S&B, Hillside, Formby, Formby Hall and many more. Night life in Southport and surrounding villages is friendly, there is something for everyone. Whether that be taking in a show at the Atkinson, enjoying the atmosphere in Southport Market, to a cinema trip or meal and a few drinks. There is something to suit all tastes.

Welcome to The Penthouse, tucked away in a highly desirable, quiet area. The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road, private, secure parking and a roof terrace balcony overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast. The perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky. The Penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with luxury sofas, a smart TV and dining table with views over overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedrooms is extremely spacious we have a double room with en-suite and a cozy double next to the well fitted out family bathroom. Travel cots and a toddler bed are available on request along with a high chair. A small selection of toys and board games are provided for your entertainment. Please don't hesitate to share your needs with us so we can make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Shopping amenities such as Morrisons superstore is 1 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk down beautiful Rotten Row or through Victoria Park Those choosing to stay with us whether for holiday, short break or business trip we hope to offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay at The Penthouse Please note the Penthouse is situated on the third floor of the property and access is gained via a staircase (no lift)
