Phil’s House, an architect designed, eco-friendly, single-storey house, enjoy an elevated position with panoramic views over the village of Lairg, waters of the Loch Shin and towards the hills beyond. Furnished and equipped to very high standards with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's a cosy retreat full of Scottish charm.. Activities include mountain biking in the forest trails, fishing and stalking (by prior arrangement), hill walking or kayaking on the lochs and rivers. Golf courses nearby. For the less energetic, just relax in the comfort of the house and watch the ever changing scenery. Shops and pubs 1/4 mile.
A family run lodge, recently acquired by 2 brothers with a passion for Scotland and fishing, looking to restore the river and property back to its full glory.
Lairg is around an hour’s drive from Inverness and 90 minutes from Inverness Airport. Regular trains run from London & Edinburgh to Inverness, with connecting services on to Lairg. Inverness Airport serves as the main gateway to the Highlands, with direct flights from most major UK cities
