I live in Broadstairs with my husband. We love living in Broadstairs, especially in the Summer months. We have brought up our 4 children here so now we have spare rooms which we have renovated to offer as private en-suite rooms.

Property information

Welcome to our Edwardian Home located only a short walk from the famous Viking Bay. Close by you will find an arrangement of restaurants, bars and cafes for you to enjoy. All of our 5 rooms are recently refurbished with en-suites, with four rooms being doubles and one twin. We have designed our rooms so we would be happy to stay there ourselves. All the rooms have at least 45’’ Smart TVs offering Netflix , Amazon Prime and catch up TV. They all have fridges and we provide welcome drinks and fresh milk together with Maltesers! There is free on street parking available in our road, Pierremont Avenue, but this cannot be guaranteed. We are a 5 minute walk away from beautiful Viking Bay and around 5 minute walk away from the town. Many guests enjoy the location as it is quiet whilst still being near to the Centre of town, which can be noisy in the Summer.

Neighbourhood information

Pierremont Avenue is one of the best roads in Broadstairs for location. It has free off-road parking and is close to the town, beach and public transport links. We love to walk into town for a coffee and pop into the local shops. In the evening there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is just the perfect location for your stay in Broadstairs.
