De plek is fantastisch, op het wat ons betreft mooiste deel van Arran, met uitzicht op zee. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht en de keuken is lekker groot. Onze hond voelde zich ook meteen thuis. Sue is heel gastvrij!

A lovely traditional cottage with all modern amenities, situated on the seashore with panormaic views over the Kilbrannan Sound.Heating throughout the cottage is gas with electric fire in cosy lounge.A modern kitchen/diner has range cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, leading to laundry with washer, dryer and freezer. The lounge has smart tv,good broadband and cd player. The small double bedroom has wardrobe and drawers.Next to the bedroom is a modern bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
I respect my guest's right to privacy but I make myself available to give any help they require.I enjoy meeting new people but it's entirely up to guests how much they want to interact with me.
Just a 2minute walk away is the village shop which sells a good range of products, has an off beer license, banking and post office facilities.Next to the shop is The Lighthouse Restaurant which has a good lunch and dinner menu. Two of the island's golf courses are a 10minute drive away. There is a jetty and moorings for anyone bringing a boat.Within walking distance, there are scenic walks. The bus stop both north and south is just a short walk from the cottage. The ferry from Claonaig is just 6miles from Rose Cottage.
