Property information

Polruan is a period coastal house, pet friendly, that comfortably accommodates 10 people. Located in New Quay, the House has stunning sea views, and is a very short walk to the restaurants, pubs, independent shops, beautiful harbour, and sandy beaches! The house was once a sea captains house. Recently refurbished to a high standard, Polruan retains many original features preserving the old-world charm. Externally there is a garden with a large picnic table and a heated outdoor shower.

Neighbourhood information

There’s a great kids park just behind the house along with a large football field and small skate park. Park at the rear of the house then you can walk to everywhere. There’s a bus stop just up the road if you’d like to travel to the surrounding areas by bus or you can take the car to places further afield.
