Perfectly placed by the sea, a peaceful position within a few minutes walk of the seafront, shops, and wonderful walks including the thatched village of Cockington. Private parking, stunning apartment surrounded by green grounds to enjoy a picnic, potter, or pot of tea! The apartment offers a wonderful crisp, new, elegant and homely atmosphere, with all that you could need, and more! You simply need only bring your suitcase! Host at hand to assist with all arrangements. It is time to unwind.

The garden surrounding the beautiful building adds to the peaceful atmosphere, and being located so close to the sea you enjoy sea views through the trees reminding you just how close to the sea you are. Great local shops are within an easy walk, and eating out could not be more perfect - just a simple walk along the sea front to explore the array of new restaurants and bars is a perfect way to enjoy this location. Located on the bus route and close to the Torquay train station.
